The Monument speaks.........

I stand as an evidence ,
an evidence of past ....
an evidence of present.....
I have seen all that
has happened ,
and all that is happening....

I know everything
that has finished and
that which is continueing.........

I have seen the rise and fall
of kingdoms......
I have heard the cries and howls
of pain.......
I have seen the chaos and confusion
due to wars ........
and the loss
caused by natural calamities.

I have seen greed in man's eyes
for wealth and fame.....
I have seen the inhumanity done to satisfy
selfish ends......

I have seen it all
and still see the same ...
I stand still with all these,
inscripted on me....
may be in a language
not known to man...

but still i stand
with this ray of hope
with which I see the future.....
I feel that there will be
some human on this earth
to understand these
inscriptions of time on me

so I stand still as an evidence
an evidence of past
and an evidence of present......
